This video takes you inside our production facility to show how high-performance hydraulic presses are built from start to finish. The process begins with engineering and design, followed by cutting the main frame sheets and preparing all structural components. Hydraulic cylinders, press tables, hydraulic units, slides, and electrical systems are manufactured in-house to ensure maximum precision. After cutting, all parts move to the welding section, where the main frames are assembled and undergo strength and quality tests. Once welding is completed, the presses are transferred to the machining and scanning area, where slide, cylinder, and table connection points are precisely aligned. The next step is painting, where each press receives its protective coating. When the main frame is ready, the assembly process begins. All components — hydraulic unit, electrical panel, cylinders, slides, tables, and additional equipment — are installed step by step. Finally, the press receives its company branding and identification plates before being transferred to the packaging department for shipment to the customer.
